About These Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket, registering for, or attending any event hosted by Style Scout Events and Partners/Sponsors ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("attendee," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Event Registration and Ticketing

1.1 Registration

- All attendees must register for events through our designated channels

- Registration information must be accurate and complete

- We reserve the right to verify attendee information

1.2 Right of Refusal

- We reserve the absolute right to refuse entry to any person at our sole discretion

- This includes, but is not limited to, individuals who may pose a safety risk or disrupt the event

- No refund will be provided for refused entry due to attendee conduct

1.3 Ticket Validity

- Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise

- Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets may not be replaced

- Duplicate tickets will not be honored

2. Event Cancellation and Refunds

2.1 Event Cancellation by Us

- We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any event at any time

- In case of cancellation by us, we will provide reasonable notice where possible

- Refunds for cancelled events will be processed at our discretion

- We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by attendees (travel, accommodation, etc.)

2.2 Attendee Cancellation

- Cancellation must occur prior to the event taking place

- Refund policies vary by event type and will be clearly communicated during registration

- Some events operate a no-refund policy

- Administrative fees may apply to approved refunds

2.3 No-Show Policy

- Certain events may charge attendees for no-shows

- No-show policies will be clearly stated during registration

- Failure to attend without prior cancellation may result in full charges

3. Professional Conduct and Behavior Standards

3.1 Acceptable Behavior

Attendees are expected to:

- Maintain professional and respectful conduct at all times

- Respect other attendees, speakers, staff, and venue personnel

- Comply with all venue rules and regulations

- Dress appropriately for the professional nature of the event

3.2 Unacceptable Behavior

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

- Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind

- Disruptive or aggressive behavior

- Inappropriate language or conduct

- Any illegal activities

- Behavior that compromises the safety or enjoyment of others

3.3 Enforcement

- We reserve the right to remove any attendee exhibiting unacceptable behavior

- Removal will be immediate and without refund

- Banned individuals may be prohibited from future events

4. Responsible Service of Alcohol

4.1 Alcohol Service

- All alcohol service complies with applicable liquor licensing laws

- We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any individual

- Valid identification may be required for alcohol service

- Intoxicated individuals will be refused service and may be removed from the event

4.2 Attendee Responsibility

- Attendees are responsible for their alcohol consumption

- We encourage responsible drinking and provide non-alcoholic alternatives

- Attendees must not supply alcohol to minors

- Attendees are responsible for their own allergies and eating safe foods

5. Photography, Videography, and Media Consent

5.1 Image Capture Consent

By attending our events, you automatically consent to:

- Being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event

- Use of your image, voice, and likeness in promotional materials

- Distribution of content containing your image to partners, sponsors, and clients

- Publication across various media platforms including social media, websites, and print

5.2 Media Usage

- Event photography/videography may be used for marketing, promotional, and archival purposes

- Content may be shared with event partners, sponsors, and industry publications

- You waive any rights to compensation for use of your image or likeness

6. Personal Responsibility and Liability

6.1 Personal Conduct

- You are solely responsible for your behavior and actions

- We are not responsible for any consequences arising from your conduct

- You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your actions

6.2 Property Damage

You are liable for any damage you cause to showrooms, products, displays, event gear and to our third-party staff, suppliers & their equipment

Style Scout Events is not liable for any accidental incidents on the evening
