Promoter: Style Scout Office by Style Scout Events

Eligibility: Open to Australian businesses aged/operated by persons 18+, with an active business and social/digital presence. Limited to Design-Led businesses from the design and property industries.

Application period: Applications open the 24th of September until the 24th of October.

Follow our instagram pages @style.scout.office and @style.scout.events via your business or personal brand page.

Complete the application form on our website with all requested details.

Selection method: THIS IS NOT A RANDOM DRAW/GIVEAWAY.

Recipients are selected based on predetermined criteria such as brand alignment, creative potential, suitability for the services offered, quality of application and portfolio requirements. 

Number of brands selected: We will be choosing up to 5 brands/businesses to work with.

Selection is final: Decisions made are completely up to Style Scout Events/Style Scout Office. Unsuccessful applicants may receive an unsuccessful message post selection date, or may not. 

Notification: We endeavour to approve brands as quickly as possible once qualified. Expect notification within 2-4 weeks in your email inbox. We may follow you up via Instagram DM if we do not hear back from you. You have a week to respond to confirm our collaboration otherwise the opportunity may be shared with others 

What “one month of marketing” includes: 

A content calendar for the month + strategic breakdown of content plan 

1x 2 hour content shoot - Lo Fi content clips at a project, in-store, in studio, or at home in a Melbourne-based location (20-30km of Melbourne CBD)

20 pieces of content from Still images, to Carousels for your main feed. Including up to 10 video format reels. 

25 individual stories, including some storysets (multiple story slides on the one topic) 

1x 800 word blog post write up designed as a value piece for customers to link to your emails, website, posts, and more. 

1x round of revisions (please note this does not include content redesigns) 

My recommendations for the content use, any ad spend or audited details. 

You will receive all work in a Google Drive for you to download and post as you please. 

What is excluded: 

Actual posting, scheduling and social media management 

Website and social media platform updates 

Paid Media and Ad spend 

Product & lifestyle photography & videography for use in content 

Models, products & Locations for content shoot 

Setting up of Meta accounts, websites or platforms needed for posting 

Redesigns or additional revisions on content 

Original artworks and files 

On-going marketing support outside of this package 

Travel outside of the Melbourne area

Project dates: The content shoot must take place before the 23rd of December 2026. You must share all brand assets & content prior to then as well. 

Client cooperation: The selected business must provide reasonable access to brand assets, imagery, and video, product information, staff/contact people and other materials necessary to complete the project. 

As well as organise the dedicated space for a content shoot. 

Approval deadlines: You have 1 week from content submission to request any revisions to the work. 

Revision limits: One round of revision and edits are allowed, no redesigns or changing strategy. 

Unused deliverables: Deliverables not completed because of client delays don't automatically accumulate or convert into cash/credit. Content items may not be delivered if assets are shared on time. Style Scout Office and Style Scout Events may post even unused deliverables. 

Creative discretion: Style Scout retains reasonable creative and strategic discretion while taking the brand's guidelines, wishes and feedback into account.

Portfolio usage: All selected brands must agrees that Style Scout Office and Style Scout Events and Leia Bright may showcase the project, campaign strategy, creative, results and final deliverables on our website, social media, proposals, pitch decks, case studies and portfolio.

Publicity: We can identify the business as a participating/selected brand and tag/collaborate with them where appropriate.

Confidential information: Commercially sensitive information supplied by the brand will remain confidential unless permission is given to publish it.

No performance guarantee: Marketing performance can be affected by algorithms, audience behaviour, market conditions, existing brand equity, budgets and other factors. This exercise does not guarantee follower growth, sales, leads, reach, revenue or any specific commercial outcome.

Platform changes: We aren't responsible for outages, algorithm changes, account restrictions or third-party platform issues outside our control.

Brand responsibility: The business is responsible for ensuring claims, product information, pricing, promotions and information supplied to us are accurate and lawful.

No cash alternative: The service cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or another service. 

Non-transferable: The selected package belongs to the chosen business and can't be sold or transferred without approval.

Right to refuse/terminate: Reserve the right to discontinue the collaboration for abusive behaviour, failure to cooperate, unlawful/misleading information, brand misalignment, inability to gain needed assets, reputational issues or material breaches of the agreement.

If the selected brand withdraws: We can offer the opportunity to another applicant.

Testimonials: We will be gathering small testimonials to see how you like our work. Your testimonials will be marked as a collaboration or free service for transparency. We do not require a positive review in order to join the portfolio program, just an honest representation of the service. Style Scout reserves the right to post or not post any testimonials of its choosing. 

Changes/cancellation: WerReserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel the project where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

Acceptance: Submission of an application constitutes acceptance of the published terms.
