What’s Included In Our Basic Package?

We offer an affordable basic event package that includes everything from marketing to planning to the dirty-work on the day. We want to make your event valuable to your clients & community to spark engagement and new connection with creatives from the industry, while creating a memorable experience with your brand or products.
The basic package can be elevated to include activities, signature drinks, specific meals, venue hires and more.

Anything not listed above is an additional service and charges depend on the quoted cost.
Venue is not included. We encourage supplier events to be hosted in your showroom, warehouse, studio, or a space that best showcases your brand. Any venue hire or minimum spend charges will be passed on during quoting.
We offer a range of activities from panel talks, to workshops, to tours, and more with Style Scout supplied equipment but activities with additional charges, DJs, additional servers for larger events, need for transport, etc will incur extra costs.
We do not supply venue security - costs will be passed on if needed
Our events utilise our inventory of drinks, caterers, styling accessories, signage and serveware - We supply additional on theme styling accessories when needed. If you have a special request for particular pieces this may incur additional purchase or hire fees.
Special menu, drinks, floral or styling requests may come at additional charges.

*$5,000 starting price covers basic elevated options and larger crowds but customised options or additional services, offerings, gifts, etc may be quoted at additional prices that are passed on prior to the event.
